Larsen Tella LLC has worked hard to become a leading source for precision metal stamping.

Our two state-of-the-art facilities house presses ranging from 32 tons to 1,000 tons, allowing us to produce miniature, thin gauge, reel-to-reel parts as well as heavy gauge stampings measuring up to .312″ thick. We utilize a number of production methods as well as in-die processes to create simple and complex forms with embossed, threaded, shape-critical, and surface critical features within exacting ±0.001″ tolerances.

By leveraging our technical resources, we can review designs and make recommendations to improve product manufacturability, reduce costs, and promote production efficiency. Our experienced staff designs and builds tooling to match expected production volumes with the flexibility to adapt to changing product requirements. We have the skills and knowledge to stamp parts from any standard, exotic, and high-performance metal as well as specialized composite materials. Our impressive equipment inventory and highly motivated workforce enable us to manage jobs of virtually any volume or complexity.

With focused attention on quality, we utilize statistical process control methods and all of our presses are equipped with sensors and monitoring devices that ensure we maintain accurate dimensions, from the first part to the last.
